定期的に記録をすれば、変化があるかどうかがわかります。
■身長/体重を記録する
1.記録をタップする
2.身長または体重をタップする
3.年月日を選択する。
4.時刻を選択する
5.身長または体重を入力する
■表示切替ボタンをタップすると以下から選択できます

■名前を追加
名前毎の記録をするために名前を追加します。
1.画面の左をスワイプしてメニューを開く
2.新規追加をタップする
3.名前を入力する
4.性別を入力する（スキップできます）
5.グループ名を入力する
6.生年月日を選択する
7.備考を入力する
8.確認しOKをタップする
▼機種変更データ引き継ぎ
メニューの"機種変更データ引き継ぎ"をタップすると、以下の選択画面を表示します。
・ファイル作成(機種変更用バックアップファイルを作成)
・復元 (バックアップファイルからデータを復元)
手順A.バックアップファイルを作成する手順
1.メニューの"機種変更データ引き継ぎ"をタップする。
2.ファイル作成をタップする。
3.確認画面で"ファイル作成"をタップする。
4.送信画面で"アプリを選択"をタップする。
5.”ドライブへの保存”をタップする。
※ドライブへ保存するにはインターネット接続が必要です。
手順B.復元 (手順Aのバックアップファイルからデータを復元)
1.新しいスマートフォン/タブレットに当アプリをgoogle playからインストールする。アプリを起動する。
2.メニューの"機種変更データ引き継ぎ"をタップする。
3.復元をタップする。
4.ドライブをタップする。
5.マイドライブをタップする。
6.ファイルの一覧から、復元するファイルをタップする。
右上のメニューより"並び替え"をタップすると"変更日(新しい順)"で並び替えができます。
■機種変更後にアプリが開かない場合
新しいスマートフォン/タブレットで以下を手順1-5をお試しください。
手順１．アプリのアイコンを長押し/ロングタップする。
手順２．アプリ情報をタップする。
手順３．"ストレージとキャッシュ"をタップする。
手順４．”ストレージを消去”をタップする。
手順５．アプリを起動し”機種変更データ引継ぎ" -> 復元 -> ファイル選択 より復元する。
